Miss Jopesmith-the Huntress of Cheltonsham

Miss Jopesmith is a completely different character with a lot of negative traits.She is a thrusting person .She is over thirty.She dresses up in a dashing style to look younger. The doctor calls her a snob and the huntress of Cheltonsham. She thinks that she belongs to a superior group of human beings.She lives a luxurious life. She is making fun of people like Hasan whenever possible.She is happy to blame others .She does not  mingle with  the less fortunate human beings like Hasan. She is unaware of the  great qualities  of hard work and dedication of common people like Hasan has .Thatb is why she makes fun of Hasan .She calls Hasan an absurdly comic creature.This Hasan is the noblest human being on the ship according to Dr.Cronin.From this we see that Miss Jopesmith is  prejudiced against  common people who appear not so handsome or elegant.We don't want to mingle with common man. We don't try to mingle with people or  understand their problems and abilities. Instead we live in our delux suites and pass our cruel remarks.Miss  Jope Smith is a symbol of  the soulless elite people in our society who are generally prejudiced against the common people.
